Privacy
Rightwriting has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide us with is confidential and will only be used to respond to your requests or perform the service you require. We may contact you in regard to the information or services you have requested, but your details will not be disclosed to third parties without your prior written consent. Your personal information is not stored on any web server. Information sent via our query or order forms is transmitted by email to Rightwriting.

Payment
Rightwriting will raise an invoice and send it to the client by email. Payment can be made by Paypal to payments@rightwriting.co.uk, sterling cheque or direct bank transfer. Long-term contracts and larger jobs may be subject to special pricing and payment terms, by individual negotiation. The minimum charge for each job is £5.00. Jobs costing over £100 will be invoiced in two stages: 50% payable before release of the corrected document to the client and 50% afterwards. The first job for all new clients will be payable in advance; subsequent jobs will be due for payment seven days after the invoice date.

Exclusions
Rightwriting reserves the right to decline any job involving text which is deemed obscene, inflammatory or otherwise offensive. In addition, we advise contacting us first if you intend to submit work of a highly technical nature (e.g. documents containing a high proportion of complex mathematical or scientific formulae) to check that we can handle the work to the expected high standard.

Turnaround Time
It is our policy to turn jobs around as quickly as possible (normally within 48-72 hours of receipt, though obviously this depends on the size of the job), but due to finite resources this may not always be possible. Especially urgent jobs may be accommodated at extra cost - please contact us before submitting the job.

VAT
Value Added Tax is not payable.

International Customers
International customers are welcome to submit English-language documents. Pricing is the same as for UK customers, and payment can be made by Paypal, bank transfer or sterling cheque.

Liability Disclaimer
Users of this website should be aware that Rightwriting will not be liable for any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, defect, delay in operation of transmission, computer virus, or line failure.
